Primarily the “ I AM ” in me is the same as the “ I AM “  in you! From this the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of us manifest in unique form.

I have come to realize that there are countless healing modalities, ways to the truth, religions, self help techniques, forms of meditation, etc., and within each category there are endless subcategories. Which is as it should be because nature does not repeat itself; we are all different, AND everything comes from the same source.

More than likely, you have come to this site because of an interest in craniosacral therapy, which is the basis of my practice.
